MaxMax Simpson has been working with young people with special needs for the past 10 years and was most recently the deputy head of an international special education school.

Max grew up with a brother with Autism who has fallen through the cracks.

Now, Max is working with a partner to open a coffee shop and vocational training centre for young people with special needs.
